The instructions below pertain to customers
who have purchased software from Proforce, and have selected
the downloadable version of that software. Your software
is available to you immediately after purchase, but if you
are having any problems downloading it, these instructions
should help you along. We recommend creating a backup copy of your software file once you download it!
1) Go to http://www.proforcerealestate.com/vpasp/shopcustadminlogin.asp
2) Log in using your user name and password
combo that you created when you ordered.
3) Once you are logged in, select "Review
Previous Orders" from the list provided.
4) Select your order ID from the list provided
and click on the link (the order number is the link).
5) Once your order information appears, you
will see your file / software name at the
top of the page. The link will be the name of the software
you purchased. Click that link. (Do not click on the "restore"
link - that is for placing a duplicate order).
6) A download prompt will appear. Click "Save".
7) When the "Save As" menu appears,
navigate to where you want to save the download.
NOTE: Keep in mind that these downloads can
be large file sizes. The download time depends on server
traffic and your ISP setup. Once the file starts the download
process, please be patient and let it complete the process.
1) Software will be available for download
for THIRTY (90) DAYS after purchase. After
that, the download link will no longer be available and
your purchase will be considered complete.
2) Software will be allowed to be downloaded
FIVE (5) TIMES. After the second download,
the download link will no longer be available and your purchase
will be considered complete.
3) This software is licensed only to you.
You are not authorized to share this software, so please
respect that. If software becomes downloaded multiple time,
and if we notice that the downloads are from multiple IP
addresses, or we notice any other suspicious activity, the
download ability will be terminated and legal action may
be taken as necessary.
